We distinguish merchant claims from independent conclusions, date-check volatile commercial facts, avoid fabricated firsthand experience and testimonials, and do not turn ingredient-level research into proof that a finished supplement works.

For high-stakes health topics, public-health and regulatory sources are prioritized. Where evidence is uncertain, we say so. Commercial relationships do not lower the evidence standard.
